 Customers have the option to request a return or exchange within a period of 30 days after receiving the product(s). Refunds will be processed using the original payment method utilized during the purchase.

 Please note that items labeled as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Sale and promotional items are also excluded and are subject to our standard return/exchange policy.

 Cancellation

 Order cancellations can be accommodated before product processing. If the cancellation is made before that point, a full refund will be issued. However, if the product has already been shipped, we regretfully cannot cancel the order.

 Return/Exchange Conditions

 To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must fulfill the following conditions:

 Items must be returned in their original selling condition, free from wear, washing, or alterations, and must retain all attached tags.

  • All items should be accompanied by their original boxes.
  • All items should be returned within a single package.
  • Return/exchange shipments must utilize the same delivery service as the original order.
  • Returns/exchanges are only accepted from the country to which the initial order was shipped. For instance, orders delivered to the US must be returned from the US.
  • Customized items are not eligible for return.
  • Return/exchange expenses (including import and shipping fees) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • For hygiene reasons, specific items such as underwear briefs, certain jewelry, makeup, and skincare products cannot be returned. Swimwear briefs and swimsuits are returnable only if the sanitary liner strip is intact.
  • Faulty items are eligible for return.
  • We retain the right to decline any return/exchange if the product displays signs of wear, use, or alteration from its original state.
  • If we decide to reject your refund/exchange request, you have the option to have the product returned to you at your expense.

 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

 Step 1: Contact our Customer Service team with the following information:

 Order number

  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the faulty product

Step 2: Place the items back into the original packaging, including the receipt.

Step 3: Complete all three copies of the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form. Place all copies into the transparent envelope and attach it to the package without sealing. These documents are required for customs clearance, so ensure all three copies are completed accurately.

Step 4: Hand over the package to the courier. Once the return shipment is verified by the courier, securely close the package.

 Refund

 Upon return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded by us.

Once received, please allow up to 1-7 business days (depending on peak times) for the return to be processed. If the return does not meet the specified conditions, the package will be sent back to you at your own expense. Upon acceptance of your return, you will receive a confirmation email along with the issuance of the refund.
